Yes! I’ve done web design before, and I learned HTML, CSS, and a couple of other languages from W3 Schools. If you want to document your knowledge of a language, they even have an exam you can take for it. If you pass the exam, you’ll get a certificate for it. You know what the beauty of that is? The tutorials are free, online, and self-paced. Also, the W3 are the guys who create and maintain Web standards. So if they say you’re fluent in a certain Web language, then they’re not lying!
