What would you do if your ghetto neighbor took a shopping cart to your apt and left it in your parking spot?

I had the prolonged tough day during work as well as we come home as well as have to pierce the selling transport out of my directed towards space since the single of my poor neighbors stole the selling cart.
Im heated. What would we do if in this situation?

I’ve been there and done that before…and I found out that’s how they mark whose car to eff up. Nah, really…. They did mess it up, but it was prolly more coz I moved the cart than coz I didn’t just park in another spot.
