What free web design software allows a website with individual member pages that they can update the info?

I longed for to set up a website in which members can record sure pieces of report which they can collect when they record in, though not be accessible to all members, only a individual. Any thoughts?

  1. you can do that with many but i’ll throw out wordpress as an option

    sorry, mike, but you can do that very thing with many free website tools, including wordpress – i would know, as i have done it for 5 clients
