what are all the good job oriented web designing courses?

dear frnds,
im from the margin of medicine. though i regularly longed for to sense a little great web conceptualizing courses which pays behind great money.so can u indicate me a little courses as great as institutes which has great pursuit oppurtunities,so which people similar to me can sense & earn

i think ASP.NET is the best webdesigning course at this time….
.net is a microsoft product hence it has tools to easily create a webpage….
and more than that it deals with dynamic webpages(Pages or url tat tend to change often like bank account,live scores etc)..
So if u ask me i will put my money on asp.net
