I keep receiving a message that says I need to enable javascript on my browser. How do I do it?

I have downloaded a ultimate peep player as referred to multiform times to no avail. This keeps my Facebook games from loading. Then a summary says to capacitate javascript upon my browser. My browser is AT&T Yahoo. How do we capacitate javascript?

Remove the flash players, remove the javascript, Never use sites to get these,
Go to adobe.com get the official flash, go to java.com , get official java. Restart, check your browser for them being enabled now.
