You can take online tutorials for specific things like Java and Javascript…go to java.com for that and also you can download the microsoft visual 2008 web developer from microsoft.com for free and when you’ve downloaded it you can take the tutorials on that too. Also google anything on web design and read up on that, also by course books too
I don’t know of any free, but is darn close to it. You can take 3 courses for $18 and brush up, and they’ll lead you to other great resources.
