Do you find it sad that people are allowed to have drivers licenses when they can’t even push a shopping cart?

People in my grocery store strike things over all a time with their selling carts or they strike ME with them or alternative people… generally with a aged people, if they can't be devoted to pull a selling transport around how in a universe can you feel protected with these people pushing cars?

  1. I do agree with you. I had an experience where a senior was coming on to the highway driving 10 miles an hour when traffic was going 65. Can you believe that? Someone could of been killed (Me). DMV needs to make up some sort of test for motor skills. Test how fast they can react. Plus check their judgment distance. How in the world do they park their car if they can't push a cart without bumping into something? It's wild. Yes and how do they get their driver's license? Maybe all this starts to happen before their license expires.
