Can I teach web design courses in the United states on a freelance basis?

  1. Yes you can but as you said on freelance bases, here are few thumb rule to teach us people:
    - You must be master in your area
    - you must be flexible in time
    - you must be fluent in English
    - you must have sound track record in web designing
