Are there fees to make an ebay account if you want to buy something?

I longed for to buy something upon Ebay, so we need to register. Are there fees for registering?

If we buy something upon Ebay, have been there fees to pay? we know there have been fees when we wish to sell something? But have been there fees for when we buy something?

please no meant answers ): i dont similar to meant answers

No. You can create an account for free. The seller is the one who has to pay for sevices rendered as Ebay will take a portion out of the profit the seller gets. Usually very small. This is kinda why Ebay had to change tack as people would sell items for $0.01 starting bid but shipping would be $200.
