1.Open the [Control Panels] |
| Click the Start button and click [Control Panels]. |

2.Open the [Network and Internet]
Click on the [Network and Internet] control panel. |

3.open [Connect To A Network]
Click on [Connect to a network]. |
 |
4.Set up the new connection
Click on [Set up a connection or Network]. |
 |
5.Choose a connection option
Click on [Connect to a workplace] then click [Next]. |
 |
6.Choose the Internet connection
Click on [Use my Internet connection]. |
 |
7.Enter server information
Here you will need to enter the server information given by us. |
 |
The text box labeled [Internet address] if the server IP address.
Type in the IP(something like 123.456.789.123) given to you in the Welcome Mail.
8.Enter your username and password
In this screen, enter your username and password. Click on[Create] to continue. |

9. Connection Ready
Your connection is ready. You can choose to connect now or connect later. |
 |
10. Connection Properties
Right click on your Connection and select [Properties]. |

There are 2 types of Connection Properties

11A. Type 1:  (SG Server 1, US Server, France Server, Netherlands Server)
Click on tab [Networking], or tab [Security] in Windows 7 make sure the default is [Automatic]. |

11B. Type 2:  (SG Server 2)
Click on tab [Networking], or tab [Security] in Windows 7. By default it should be [Automatic], change it to L2TP. |
 |
12. Preshared Key (Extra step for )
After you select as the type, click on [Advanced Setting] (see above red circle). Fill in the preshared-key given in the welcome email. |

13.How to connect?
Click on
[Connect To]. |
 |
14.Select the Connection
In the “Connect to a network” screen, choose the Connection that we set just up and click [Connect] at the right bottom. |
